Select Open for edits to start your change request.

If you have an outstanding change request, this will show under Current Value. Please do not submit another change request until your Current Value request has cleared.

You can select one or more of the change request types:

Change scope – this is for when you want to bring in a new element of research not captured in your original application. Please consider if your change of scope request is far from the initial applications scope as the support teams may find that you need to submit a new application.
Change datasets – to add a new dataset from the SRS catalogue or an external dataset to your project request, follow the change datasets section. Please consider whether this request requires a change of scope too. Your review will be assessed and if its not in line with your application, you may be asked to submit a change of scope or new application.
Extend project – choose this if you need to extend your project. Note that a project can only extended within five years of the RAP approved date.

You can select one or more change requests at this one time. Once you have submitted, you cannot request a new change request until the current one is approved/withdrawn.

Permitted to request a change scope, dataset change and extend project.

When you have chosen the required changes select Save and Submit (not Save for later).
